Is this the official Vietnam visa website?
No. We are a private application service. The official portal is evisa.gov.vn, where you can also apply yourself for the government fee only.
How much does it cost?
US$74 all-inclusive for a single-entry e-visa, US$99 for multiple entry. The government fee is included, and there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of 24 countries, including the UK and France, can stay 45 days without a visa. Indian, Australian, US and Canadian citizens need one for every trip. Use the checker above for your passport.
How long does it take?
We file your application on the official portal within 24 working hours. The Vietnam Immigration Department then processes it in about 3 working days; weekends and Vietnamese public holidays do not count.
Is it the same e-visa as on the official portal?
Yes. The e-visa is always issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. We check your documents, fill in and submit the official form for you, and send you the e-visa by email.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in US dollars, in one payment.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel before we file, you are refunded in full. Once the application is filed, the government fee has been paid and cannot be refunded, even if the visa is refused.
