How much does a Vietnam visa cost?

The Vietnam e-visa government fee is US$25 (single entry) or US$50 (multiple entry), paid to the Immigration Department whoever files the application. Visa services charge more because they check your documents, file for you and follow the application up. Our standard service costs US$74 all-inclusive (US$99 for multiple entry), government fee included, with nothing added at checkout.

What our all-inclusive price covers

  • The Vietnam government e-visa fee, paid on your behalf.
  • Your passport read automatically, and your photo and scan checked against the portal's rules before filing.
  • Filing on the official portal within 24 working hours of your order.
  • Follow-up of the application, and your e-visa by email, checked against your passport.

Is the fee refunded if the visa is refused?

The portal states it clearly: the application fee is not refunded if the e-visa is denied. With us, if you cancel before we file, you are refunded in full; after filing, the government part cannot be refunded, and our refund policy sets out when the rest is.

Which option is the cheapest for you?

  • Your nationality is on the 45-day exemption list and your stay is shorter: no visa, nothing to pay.
  • You fly directly to Phu Quoc and stay on the island: no visa for up to 30 days.
  • You have time and simple documents: apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn for US$25 or US$50.
  • You want the form pre-filled, your documents checked and the filing done for you: US$74 or US$99 with us.

Watch out for

  • Prices that grow at the last step: ours is the price you pay.
  • Sites that look like the official portal. The only official e-visa portal is evisa.gov.vn.
  • Promises of approval: only the Vietnam Immigration Department decides.

Is the fee refunded if my visa is refused?

The government fee is not refunded once the application is filed. What we refund, and when, is set out in our refund policy before you pay.

Yes. The government fee is the same for every nationality, and so is ours: US$74 all-inclusive (US$99 for multiple entry), government fee included.
