What we collect
- Identity and passport data: name, date and place of birth, nationality, passport number and dates, passport data page scan.
- Your portrait photo.
- Travel details: entry date, port of entry, purpose of stay.
- If you add the airport fast track: flight number, arrival date and time, and the names of the travellers you add.
- Contact details: email address, and phone number if you give one.
- Payment: handled by Stripe, Inc.. We receive a payment confirmation, never your full card number.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To prepare, file and follow up your visa application, including reading your passport page automatically to pre-fill the form: performance of the contract you ask for.
- To keep invoices and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and secure the service: our legitimate interest.
Who receives it
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
- If you add the airport fast track: Truong Sa Tourism Trade Company Limited, Da Nang, Vietnam, which provides it, receives the travellers' names, the flight, the arrival time and a copy of the e-visa.
- The Vietnam Immigration Department, through its official e-visa portal, which decides on your visa.
- Our technical providers, acting on our instructions: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (hosting), Stripe, Inc. (payment), Resend, Inc. (United States) (emails), OpenRouter, Inc. and Anthropic, PBC (United States) (reading your passport page to pre-fill the form; only providers that neither keep nor train on the image are used).
Transfers outside your country
Your application has to be sent to Vietnam: this transfer is necessary to perform the service you order. Transfers to our technical providers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Passport scan, photo and passport data: deleted 30 days after your e-visa is delivered or your order is closed.
- Invoices: for the period required by accounting law.
- Emails with our support: 3 years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@visa-vietnam.app. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Children
Applications for a child under 18 are made by a parent or legal guardian.
