Before your application is filed
Cancel at any time before we file your application: you are refunded in full.
After your application is filed
- The part of the price that is the government fee has been paid to the Vietnam Immigration Department and cannot be refunded, even if the visa is refused.
- The rest pays for work already done and is not refunded, except in the cases below.
When the mistake is ours
- If your application is refused or sent back because of an error we made in checking or filing it, we refile at our cost, including a new government fee, or refund the price minus the government fee — your choice.
- If we confirmed an urgent delay and missed it through our own fault, we refund the urgency supplement.
When the decision is outside our control
A refusal by the authorities for reasons unrelated to our work (for example, your travel history or a problem with your passport) does not give rise to a refund.
Airport fast track
- Cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival: refunded in full.
- Cancelled later, or not used: not refunded, because the airport staff has been booked for you.
- If the staff member was not there to meet you and you told us at the time by replying to our email, you are refunded in full.
- If your flight changes, tell us as soon as you know: we move the booking when the partner can.
How to ask
Write to support@visa-vietnam.app with your order number. Accepted refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
