Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on visa-vietnam.app, operated by TALVORY LLC. Private application service. Not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam or the Vietnam Immigration Department.

1. What we do

We help you apply for a Vietnam e-visa. We check your documents against the requirements of the official portal, we file your application on that portal on your behalf and with your authorisation, we follow it up, and we send you the e-visa by email.

You can apply yourself on the official portal, https://evisa.gov.vn, for the government fee only. Using our service is optional.

2. What we do not do

  • We do not issue visas. Only the Vietnam Immigration Department decides whether a visa is granted.
  • We do not guarantee approval, and no service can.
  • We do not handle work permits, temporary residence cards or visa extensions inside Vietnam.

3. Prices and payment

Each order shows one all-inclusive price before you pay, in US dollars: currently US$74 for a single-entry and US$99 for a multiple-entry e-visa. It includes the Vietnam government e-visa fee (US$25 or US$50), which we pay on your behalf when we file, and our service.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.. We never see or store your full card number.

When you pay, Stripe, Inc. keeps your card on file so that you can add the airport fast track in one click on the confirmation page. We charge it only if you click to add that service, never for anything else.

4. Your part

  • Give accurate information, identical to your passport.
  • Authorise us, when you order, to fill in and submit your e-visa application on the official portal on your behalf, using the information and documents you provide, and to make the portal's declaration of accuracy in your name on the basis of your own confirmation.
  • Hold a passport valid at least 6 months after your arrival date.
  • Check your e-visa as soon as you receive it and tell us before travelling if any detail is wrong.
  • Check the entry rules that apply to your own situation (purpose of stay, length, port of entry).

5. Processing times

Official processing takes 3 working days in Vietnam. Weekends and Vietnamese public holidays are not working days. We file standard applications within 24 working hours of your order (Vietnam time, Monday to Friday).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the authorities, public holidays, incomplete or incorrect information, or a document you sent late.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Because a visa application is time-sensitive, you ask us to start immediately when you order. You then lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and if you withdraw before that, you pay for the part already performed.

What is refunded in each case is set out in our refund policy.

7. Liability

If we make a mistake in checking or filing your application, we correct it at our cost, as described in the refund policy. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid minus the government fee, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We are not liable for travel costs (flights, hotels) resulting from a refused or late visa. We recommend booking non-refundable travel only once you hold your e-visa.

8. Complaints and disputes

Write to support@visa-vietnam.app. We answer within 5 working days.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

9. Airport fast track (optional)

The airport fast track is an optional service, delivered on arrival at Da Nang, Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai or Cam Ranh international airport by our partner Truong Sa Tourism Trade Company Limited, Da Nang, Vietnam. A member of staff meets you before the immigration counters with a sign bearing your name and takes you to the priority lane, which is reserved for airport service companies. It is shorter than the regular queue, but it is still a queue: we do not promise a waiting time. The service ends once you have passed immigration.

It does not replace a valid visa: you must hold your e-visa or other entry permission. Immigration officers decide on your entry.

You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. The refund policy sets out what happens after that.

10. Changes

The terms in force on the day of your order apply to that order.
